designed to meet the property research needs of real estate professionals by
making information from its multiple departments and offices accessible in a
single online location. From tax and appraisal information and permits, to a
survey search, to accessing the GIS, Clark County is working to bring
property data and land information to the desktops of its business partners.

Available Packages:
- Standard WI Access Package -
Price: $25.00 per month; Per Transaction
Charge: $1.20. GIS is $6.00 per use.
Description: Provides user with access to all portal function.
- Pay As You Go Package -
No monthly Fee. Per Transaction Charge: $1.80 GIS is $9.00
per use.
Description: Provides user with access to all portal function.
- GIS Services -
Price: $25.00 per month;
Description: Unlimited access (no transactions) to Clark County GIS system
only. Static maps are available counting two transactions per map for
subscriber accounts.
To view monthly bills, change your credit card information, add user names to
your account, ETC...Click the account administration button above.
Free information
is still offered on the Clark County Property Management Portal. Free
information can be obtained
by not logging into the PMP and using the subject search
method by Parcel Identification Number (PIN). Information is limited.
Free GIS maps
are still available by clicking
here. The Free GIS has 2005 air photos, and all the same property
information.
