How do I  reset my password?

To reset your password, click here and follow the directions

An email from 'taxes@co.clark.wi.us' will be sent to your PMP account email with your new password.  To change this password, click here and follow the directions.

If you forgot your username, please contact our office.  You will need the name of the company you signed up as.

How do I make my account in-active?

A user can make their account in-active at anytime.  Click here and log in to your account. Click edit, then change account status to inactive, then click save.

How do I update my credit card information?

A user can update their credit card information at anytime.  Click here and log in to your account.  Next to 'Account Details', you should see 'Billing Info',  click 'Edit'.  This will take you to the 'Update Billing' page.  You should see the a dropdown box below 'Billing Method', select Credit Card and click the 'Submit Billing Changes' button.  A new window will appear that will allow you to update your credit card information.  Please fill out all of the boxes and click the 'Submit Billing Changes' button.

Why does my credit card bill say 'Nazca'?

Do not be alarmed.  The merchant name or transaction description on your credit card will appear as 'Nazca Solutions', our service provider.  Nazca is the company that Clark County partnered with to create the website.

How do I check my latest invoice on-line?

A user can check their billing statement anytime of the month.  Click here.  Log in and click 'Invoices' on the left hand side and select the month you wish to view.

To view a breakdown of each user, click on 'Activity Report'.  This will open a new window that will display your current statement.  Located in the upper right hand corner is a drop-down box to view a specific users transactions.

Why do I get an email about billing if I have not used the PMP?

The email is intended for current portal users.  If you did not use the Clark County Property Management Portal during the month the email was sent, please ignore the email. Your credit card will only be charged if you used the web site or if you are a monthly subscriber. 

If you have made your account in-active and you are still receiving emails, please reply to the email and ask to be removed from the list.

What information is 'FREE' on the Clark County PMP?

Free information is still offered on the Clark County Property Management Portal.  Free information can be obtained by not logging into the PMP and using the subject search method by Parcel Identification Number (PIN). 

Free GIS maps are still available by clicking here.  The Free GIS has 2005 air photos, and all the same property information.
