Knobby Ridge Off Road Motorcycle Trails

Clark County is proud to offer one of the finest off road motorcycle trail systems in Wisconsin. More than 16 miles of looped trail meander through a portion of the 133,000 acre Clark County Forest.

A convenient trailhead is located 8 miles west of Neillsville on Hwy 10. Trailhead includes youth loop, intensive use area, water and a toilet facility.

Trail system depends on user fees. Please deposit the appropriate fee before beginning recreation.

The Knobby Ridge Off Road Motorcycle trail system is for motorcycle use only. ATV's prohibited on the trail system.

In addition, overnight accommodations are available nearby at county campgrounds. Knobby Ridge Off Road Motorcycle Trails are not directly accessible from county campgrounds.

Clark County urges everyone to abide by State and County Regulations. Off Road Motorcycle travel is only allowed on the designated Knobby Ridge Off Road Motorcycle Trails.

Only street legal motorcycles, driven by licensed operators, are allowed on the ATV trail system. Non-street legal motorcycles may only operate on the designated Knobby Ridge Off Road Motorcycle Trails.

When riding in Knobby Ridge a trail pass must be purchased. Daily and season trail passes are available at Knobby Ridge Trailhead and the Clark County Forestry & Parks Office (715) 743 - 5140.
