The Health Department provides a variety of vaccinations to the public at various locations in the county. During Flu season flu vaccine is available (as supply allows).

Children ages 18 and younger can receive vaccinations at no cost; a $2-$5 donation per vaccine is appreciated.


The following immunizations are available to adults for a fee. If you are on Medical Assistance (MA) or are MA eligible please present your MA card.

*Adult Hepatitis B Vaccination $40.00*
*Adult Hepatitis A Vaccination $40.00*
*Adult Hepatitis A/B Vaccination $50.00*
*Adult Seasonal Influenza $20.00*
*Zostavax (Shingles) Vaccination $160.00*
*Pneumovax Vaccination $40.00*
*TB Skin Test $10.00*

Every Monday
2:30-4:00pm

Greenwood Fire Hall
First Wednesday of every month
5:30-6:30pm

Abbotsford City Hall
First Thursday of every month
5:30-6:30pm

Clark County Health Care Center
Third Monday of every month
5:30-6:30pm

PLEASE BRING YOUR IMMUNIZATION RECORD WITH YOU TO THE CLINIC

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WHEN COMPLETING THE CONSENT FORMS
