The Food Service program at ADS is a provider of quality food for three large contracts within Clark County. Prepared in commercial kitchen facilities by our client workforce and supervisory personnel, these meals meet or surpass dietary and nutritional guidelines, and combine a varied menu with flavorful preparation.

All personnel are trained in safe food handling practices to ensure high quality in the finished product.

The program provides its participants with training and work experience in a fast-paced commercial food operation. Tasks include food preparation, dishwashing, laundry, stocking, janitorial and other duties common to this type of work environment.
